Hillcrest is only about 5-10 minutes from Pacific Beach. I wouldn't live downtown though, you can't get a garage for your car downtown

Spectacular views, great location, bars, resturaunts, and all kinds of action just blocks away. Mission Beach is in walking distance right up Pacific Beach Drive
There are ALL KINDS of rentals down here! All the people that moved down for the summer have left, and there are a ton of "for rent" signs all over the place!
I LOVE IT DOWN HERE!!!

You'd think alot of that rental property would start getting snapped up as insurance companies start moving people from hotels - motels into places until their houses are done.
