Outsourced webmasters suck

A guy I know told me he had a spare one cheap ... I said why the fuck not

The guy cant program or design for shit ...

At least he can post logos in a thread :P

Anyways fuck outsourcing for me ... Ima keep everything in house since the quality matters a lot .

I never tried it out before ... I just wnated to try and wasnt expecting nothing but posting galleries with this guy honestly ... but Im very disapointed ... he really sucks bad .

I think you get what you pay for. If its pocket change like $50-100 then the work is not high priority to the person. Now if your looking at $300 and up then you should get some quality work and if you don't you better say something fast. Now sometimes thats not always the case. Ive seen some great work done for little money.

Understood and thats why I have only outsourced to people I know and trust.... you might pay more but you know what you are going to get. Weather its for design, programming, etc... it still comes done to getting quality service or product for your cash

got a one month free trial from an outsourcing company i won't name. the people are cool , the webmaster they gave me was cool, but coolness doesn't make you money. i thought the guy would at least be able to do as much work as i do in _ hours or at least be abla to make and post 1 gallerie and make two free sites each day... NOT !
it took him 8 hours a day to submit 1 gallery to 60 tgps. a full day to make a 3 pages free site or designing 3 galleries .

thing is i'm a kind nature and as the guy was working for free i didn't want to be too pushy, and when the supervisor asked me about him i didn't have the heart to tell him that the guy was slow as hell as he certainly was being paid pennies only i didn't want to aggravate him.

so i totally agree that outsourcing companies are not a good solution for serious work.

I'm not an USA based webmaster, but I consider myself a quality designer, my designs convert very well, I've been in this industry for over 4 years and I have established clientele. Plus I don't sell myself cheap.

Today a filipino guy contacted me, supposedly a designer asking free designs from me to promote platinum bucks with their free content. The fucker wanted free galleries, meaning gallys I did for other clients. What a fuck!

Not all webmasters/designers outside the US are bad.
Mostly filipino guys annoy me with their approach

i'm more speaking about outsourcing " companies" , most freelance designers outside usa are quite good , but sites proposing you webmasters, designers,coders, slaves for a monthly fee cannot deliver quality and efficient work, the guys are just not involved enough, they get their monthly 100 rupiahs and you pay their boss 1000$ what can you expect?
