Per arin whois, the IP address belongs to Quest. Quest is based in CO. I doubt that this is truly conversion by G.W. It sure would be cool if it was though.
Or it is real and Donny gets his money from the President! Tax dollars a work!! I could think of worse ways to spend my tax money!!!
