I have had great luck promoting Adult Friend Finder to my Spanish traffic. They have spanish banners, and their site has auto language detection, so your surfer will be forwarded directly to the Spanish pages.
If you have mainstream spanish traffic, you can send them to amigos.friendfinder - although to be honest, I haven't had great luck with their mainstream sites. But, for adult traffic, send them to the main adultfriendfinder site....

Couple of hints...don't be fooled into thinking you will make more money from pay per click. The pay per sign-up is MUCH more profitable. Plus, don't be discouraged if you don't get a sale right away. It can take a couple of weeks. But, I can tell you, Adult Friend Finder is my BEST sponsor program, and has been for the past 3 years.
Of course, works phenominal with english traffic as well.

aebn has their site in 4 languages, including spanish. they even have a large selection of spanish videos. of course the join page is in spanish too, here is a sample of their frontpage from one of their pay per views in spanish. they offer free vid consoles and let you skin their site to match yours and you can forward your traffic in any language.Comment

Took a look at your sites and they look promising. Just a couple of errors to correct:
On the site lechecaliente, the surfer is not given a choice of languages on the join page. And when I tried to go to the T & C page, it took me back to another tour page.
Your other site does offer multiple languages on the join page, but again the Terms & Condition page is not functioning correctly.

LecheCaliente and the other sites are in SPANISH they are not for other languages... They are in spanish, cuz that is my market..
LecheCaliente is LatinFacials.com in english. 
Also, the t and c looks fine.. 
But he asked for spanish sites.. that is why i put those!

Yes, I know. Could be that I went to the sites with an english browser. So the english order pages were being shown, and in turn the wrong T & C pages. The reason I pointed this out is that I would love to try sending some traffic to your sites, but I want to ensure that my Spanish surfers do see the proper T & C pages.Originally posted by Dax

Nope, looks like there is an error. I set my browser to spanish. Revisted your sites, and heres what I get if I click on the T & C link: http://www.lechecaliente.com/info/legal.html
It redirects me to http://www.lechecaliente.com/main.php
and not to the T & C page.Comment

I am getting the link on the Jetbill - billingservices payment page. If you click on the Terms & Conditions at the bottom, where it says "Do You Agree to the Terms and Conditions", that's where I am taken to an html page, instead of the T & C's. Minor error...otherwise the site looks good!
