phpNuke with an OSCommerce module/plugin would probably work out. I prefer Postnuke, but there's no OSCommerce module just yet, so phpNuke would be the way to go here.
Mansion has one like the one you just posted. They charge a lot more than that one. The solution I suggested would work. You'd probably have to have someone set it up for you, but it probably wouldn't cost you $2k+ to do it.
I'm not 100% sure what you're looking for, exactly.
