mailing license to content providers warning

I thought I would share something odd that has happened to me.

On 2/24 of this year, I sent a license to Chemical Content and today, I got it sent back to me from a post office in Redding dated 6/11 that is above me by 2 plus hours.

It is not a post office that a letter from L.A would go to. The only thing I can think of is some postal pariod freak sent it to be tested since it said Chemical Content on the front.

I swear my tongue, throat and hands are slightly burning.

It was ever obvious that the letter was opened . There was also imprints of someone's writing. It was opened without tears and resealed with tape.

I guess I will use initals next time I send something out.

Anyway, there is no postmark for the L.a area and the front says several times with a stamp return to sender and address unknown.

Hub says stuff gets opened by machines all the time at the post offices but I know mail from where I live does not go to Redding.

I thought I would share this.
