100% correct! Just take a look at Rambo III which was filmed in Reagan times. This movie fully reflects the overall spirits of the USA for that time. "This movie is dedicated to brave Afghan people blah-blah-blah..." 9/11 was a reciprocal gift from that "brave Afghan people" to the USA. I.e. on 9/11 the States got that they paid for in 80's...
