Def you want enough content so when someone joins they cant just view everything, ive seen sites where in 15 minutes you can see every clip.
I would say if you are niche start with 20 good exclusive sets and tons of filler content RELATED to that niche.
I am a true believer in simple design, easy to load, clear text and detailed tours not those 3 page lame tours.
I like to invest in things I understand vs. business I know nothing about, I keep on investing to build more niche sites and in mainstream in indusries that made me money in the past.
