Are you even sure she has it? You said another female told you. Females... relatives, friends, it doesn't matter... can sometimes be very vicious. She could have been feeding you a line of BS for one reason or another.
I'd actually come right out and ask the girl who allegedly has HIV. Don't tell her who told you or whatever, just tell her that you were told she was HIV+ and ask her about it. Obviously she can lie, but if she says she isn't then there is nothing more you can do. If she says she IS, THEN you have ground to stand on when you tell people about her because you got it straight from the proverbial horse's mouth.
