I have an idea that would get rid of Acacia for good.
It is relitivily simple. In life there are always harder people than yourself. In the event that someone bigger and nasty than you (Acacia) is going to fuck you up get someone who is bigger and nasty than them (Microsoft and Adobe) to kick their arse for you.

These people supplied the software that has now got everyone fucked by Acacia.
If everyone took out small claims court judgement (no class action we need numbers) in every country world wide for potential loss of earning due to this software Microsoft and Adobe would be pissed and would question the vailidity of the patent that Acacia holds.
Someone would have to be co-ordinating this in each country as people would need to photocopy the court summons that they issue against microsoft and adobe and then pass it onto this person so that they can then forward all of them to all relivant press people as the story would be great "Microsoft and Adobe taken to court a zillion times worldwide over patent issues by smut peddling perverts".
Microsoft and Adobe have strong pimp hands and the bitch that is Acacia would be slapped.
