Have you ever been to the US? Go to Fargo, North Dakota, then to Los Angeles, California, then to Dallas, Texas, then on to New York, New York and then try to tell me that there isn't more of a cultural difference than most neighboring countries have.
Like I said, for us to travel someplace, we have to spend a substantial amount of money and that is not possible for a majority of Americans. We can't go someplace else for a couple of days like Europeans can.
