Hand out business cards tellign them exactlyhow mucht ehy can make right on the card, works everytime for us, I even hand girls cards in mcdonalds driveup, don't matter to me, she either calls you or you never see her again. Don't be shy, just do this:

Yes we also give models a stack of our cards with a referred by on the back, they sign their name and pass them out at clubs and such, we get a good response from this too. Its easy. Make one good connect, a freind of a friend who is a stripper for example.
