                  Actually her story is probably true. It is what the government made up is the issue here Einstein.

                  BTW, calling someone a dumbass who was ambushed, raped, and had mulitple bones splintered while wearing the US uniform is a fucking stupid thing to do.

                      Anyone who, at the time she was "rescued" couldn't tell it was a fabricated PR stunt has a brain smaller than their left nut.

                      She has the integrity to point that out. Good for her.

                          This story stunk from the beginning..it was our propoganda department whirling like crazy.. I remember she was shot, not shot, then shot, then not shot again.. and I still dont know.. Of course she is a prisoner of war and of course horrible things happened to her. Nothing worse than happens to a man taken captive..just he wont write about it as much. I remember the woman that was taken captive in like 92..she said it was horrible treatment and awful things happened to her, but nothing that didnt happen to the men and she just wouldnt talk about it, like the men dont..

                          Just like during the initial fighting..every building that looked like a warehouse became a suspected chemical weapons facility..

                          I do agree with the going to war, its just the propoganda we put out, its amazing how much people believe it..

                                              Can't say this is an exact quote, as I read it this morning, but she also said someting like "From the moment I woke up, all they did was take care of me. They saved my life." Referring to her 'captors'.

                                                      Are you sure she was reffering to her captors or to the hospital staff?

                                                      The lawyer guy that revealed her whereabouts said he saw Iraqi soldiers slapping her..

                                                              But they are...at times..."completely fictitious" and they are...all to frequently...caught in total fabrications. And who in the military/administration is their "source"...the night janitor at the DOD...a PFC at the Pentagon...an intern at the whitehouse...or an intern with a congressmans staff...or just someone that wants to play the role and make points with the press? I take the press with a grain of salt in the first place...and with an extra large grain of salt when they base a story on un-named "sources". Early reports on almost any given subject are more often than not...mis-information...as they do not seem to care about accuracy...they just want to be the first one to get the story out and insert the most adjectives while doing it.
