the thing is, kk, that people didn't know they weren't making their money. they trusted joee and were under the impression they were being paid by signup, and that they would be paid - because icecold is joee's.

a friend of mine has waited for more than 2 months for a check while they hustled him for traffic. finally got one check after coming on strong and it was revshare. never got another check. joee never answered him when he wrote, and my friend emailed him a couple times.

Of course I know sobe. Without him I would not have this job. And I only took it because after he explained to me how special this site was I got excited and saw that I could make a buck. This thread is about programs and I have been place in charge of one of the most revolutionary programs to date.

From what I read it appears that people are just sick and tired of being ripped off. In this very thread it is said that sponsors cannot payout 30 or 40 dollars a sign up without shaving and webmasters just deal with it.

I don't think that JoeE has done anything, which is not expected and practiced by all programs. Webmasters can always just switch and that is what I would do.

I think you would rather have a big long Bash someone thread because that is more exciting for you. It would be much more constructive to discuss why this is the case and how it can be changed and how we will continue into the future.

I had been sending traffic to Private Gold for years off about 4 sites which and generating about $300 to $1000 per month. When Ice launched I set up my account with them so I would keep the income.

I have never recieved a check from Ice and then all of a sudden my stats totally disappeared and I had never sent a single unique to Ice.

I would even be willing to have a CEN rep open up my old CEN stats to prove that my figures are correct.

Joe E promised that my stats would return from the recycle bin and that I would get paid. I have still got nothing and the I lost the ftp details for the sites so they are still getting the traffic.

The reason my traffic has stopped going to ICE COLD CASH is because you have never paid me for one click since you opened. According to those numbers, I could multiply my income by at least 10x for the same traffic I send elsewhere. That's just not possible.

The most likely way that this would be the case is if you're sending shitty traffic to shitty tours that have really cheap trials and you get paid out on the trials. But then the program's going to shave you.

I prefer to send my traffic to recurring programs where I know they retain and I don't do trials if I can avoid it. A conversion is only one part of the equation - high conversions and low retention indicate shaving. You WILL make more money on a good stable recurring program.

To see $350 recurring payout on a $5000 per signup is a statistical problem.

When you retroactively change the terms of a contract without the consent of all parties involved that's considered fraud and is illegal (unless the contract states that terms can change without notice) Not a good way to start a business.

When you don't pay the people keeping you in business... you're not going to stay in business.

It's unfortunate that these programs think so little of the people bringing in the money. They give our data to Acacia, they shave, they retroactively change the terms of our agreements.

Maybe it's time a few of us do a few co-op sites together.... pump our own stuff within the circle and KNOW where the traffic is going, how it's getting there and how much it's making?

I sent them a tiny bit of traffic... tried to set up Fed Ex, they wanted $35 for $14 Fed Ex delivery... Ok no problem.

Week 1 ... A few sign ups, didn't get the check. Week goes by, I have to ask for it. A week later I get a handwritten check in postal mail

Week 2 ...More sales didn't get a check for that week

Week 3 ...More sales with shitty conversion ratios, owed 2 checks at this point. Sent the ICQs to Beavis. I was promised I would get paid, but in the meantime SEND MORE TRAFFIC!

A few weeks later I receive one of the 2 checks I was owed in postal mail (handwritten again, not printed out).

A few weeks later I got the last check I was owed, handwritten again in postal mail. This time it was half of what they owed me, I didn't even look at it too well, but they deducted $25 for a conversion fee whatever the fuck that is.

Needless to say, that was my first and only experience with Ice Cold Cash.
