I could be wrong, but I think I remember PimpDog coming right out and saying he accepts spamming, and then went on to bash certain other sponsors that say they don't in their TOS but do anyway. the signups shown are for that specific pay period. the period showing 3 signups, a spammer signed up through my sig and sent out a shit load of hotmail spam. he was making like $2K+ off of $0.75 email signups.
