come on AOL is not logging you AOL/AIM sessions. if they were people would be getting busted left and right for shit. I'm sure they can start logging your sessions if a court tells them too. they have the ablity to do it but i highly doubt that they do without reasoning
i may be wrong but thats how i see it, doesn't see practical to waste resources logging IMs
