Everything we do is in house. Technology, Support, Payments etc.. When other companies say they have a staff of 5, that is normally just for marketing. They dont take into account those people behing the scenes making sure the site is ticking over !!
Our Membership growth has been huge over the past few years. We have grown over 800% in the past year alone, hence the staff numbers increase.
