USA Taxes if you have an offshore business there

    Hello
What do you guys do with US taxes if you opened an offshore business in the USA, but you are not from USA or EU and still wanted to have billing that accepts visa cards on your paysite?

You should have incorporated in the EU instead
I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.

it is a US corp, so you pay your taxes ( have to contribute to reduce the deficit...).

Have to calculate your groos income, less expenses and salaries ( if you have employees), and remit the tax percentage.

Delaware and Nevada are the cheapest to my knowledge.
