Here is the oddest things..
No law requires you to file federal income tax returns;
No law requires you to pay federal income taxes;
No law requiires you to have federal income taxes withheld from your wages, interest or dividends;
No law requires you to keep books and records for income tax purposes;
No law authorizes criminal prosecutions of alleged income tax "crimes";

If you really sit down and study this book and others, on top of that learn EVERY difference between "United States" and "United States of America" (Things like the supreme court has 2 seperate hearings for the constitution. One for the US one for USoA).
Then learn how to read/write/speak in the Truth Language which is a mathematical way to communicate. This makes it so your words can't be missunderstood in court, if the court even responds to you in this language, if not case dismissed.
Now learn about being a natural person.

It's life work to study all of this of course and at the end of the day the gov really works like the mafia and at times does whatever they want.
Safest bet is to always pay your taxes but learn how to file them so you can't get into trouble by making mistakes. Like paying tax as a voluntary donatation.
