It was only about a week ago, so taking the pic and putting it on one of your Geocities (ahahahaha) accounts, isn't really fooling anyone. Believe it or not, some of us do have a memory that stretches back that far.

The main problem is that no one actually has any information that can be used against Dave in COURT so far. The person that showed me real, solid proof isn't going to come forward against him (for good reason that won't be made public). I've offered to help with legal expenses if someone had something the courts would find legit. But it's mostly all hearsay and emotion-based he said / she said.
Unfortunate.
BUT it does prove that Dave isn't stupid, as some have claimed. He's intelligent enough to leave no evidence.Comment
