    Do I have to have a 'warning' page on my sites?

    Is it 100% necessary for me to put a warning page on my sites informing surfers that nudity is around the corner? I never really thought about doing this until I read an article on another site. Are there legal issues if I dont provide a warning?

      I don't think there are any actual laws, but it does show your attempt to inform surfers of what they are in for instead of just slapping them in the face with it..

                      No, but we do for type in traffic. For gallery traffic we do not.


                      Its a good idea to cover your ass on type ins, but not a huge deal
                      SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                                  Better safe than sorry. And you never know when some little town, population 400 amends their law saying Playboy must be UNDER the counter to also say that websites MUST have an entry with NO nudity.

                                  The Feds get that news and build a new office there to nail everyone with an adult website.
