Dave already has a $2 million dollar judgement against him.
Even though, he will never admit it.
Randy just won't go to NC and collect.
Thats because, he knows, Dave doesn't have shitand would be a watse of time and money to collect.
I could take him to court..but I know, it would cost more to collect than what its worth.
I tried to dismiss what Dave owed me a few years back. That's if he came clean and quit fucking people over.
I told him..these people on here were his judge and jury. If he came clean with them and stayed straight..he could make a fortune. But, he continued in his ways.

However, Daveys reputation has been in the shitter a few years ago. Only way, he survives is scamming newbies that never heard of him before.
Only way for Dave to be gotten rid of, is for Lens to ban his IP and whatever new IP that comes along from him.
But, we all know, that'll never happen.

Dave scams for such small amount, it's too costly to go after him.
