that's pretty clean.
although i'm a fan of flat color spaces, i think this design needs some depth....
colors are nice, although i'm not sure about the grey (personal opinion only) and i'd sharpen the images of the chicks up a bit...
other than that, the layout is easy to navigate and it looks pretty good.

Under Join Now and Members, make the grey area a deep crimson red. Then the listing of models make it a deep indigo blue... should add depth to the page for you. And mocking it up and saving it to a temp directory you can have people look at it again.
