We are using by far a very good program, virtually unhackable, checks for pass trading, the works. However...
1 to 2 customers a day have unbelievable problems logging in.
Because their browser security settings or firewall settings are set too high, or they don't accept cookies.
No big deal really, we take care of them pretty good but I would rather have them just be able to log in, no sweat...
Anyone have this problem or any suggestions?
