1) Shut down your computer and go take a remedial English Composition class. Seriously. I'm not being mean here. If you can't type in complete mostly-correct sentences, you are going to have a very hard time doing profitable business on the internet. I'm not saying it can't be done, just that it's very hard -- MUCH harder than learning to write in correct English.

Now for the methods I used to get traffic when I was very new:

2) Submit galleries to TGPs. Include a reciprocal to your own TGP. Make your TGP bookmarkworthy. Link from there to wherever you want traffic. You'll get some. It's slow but it works.

3) Toplists. Lots of toplists. You only get a trickle of traffic from each one, and you'll put a lot of effort into sending back enough to stay ranked, but it's one place a newbie can easily get quality traffic for free.

4) Search engines. No magic formula here, but patience. Build a lot of sites. Put a lot of words on them. Link to places you need traffic. Link FROM somewhere (your TGP should do nicely) with enough inbound links that it gets daily visits from GoogleBot. Rinse, lather, repeat. A much-searched keyword in your domain name helps a lot. Domain names are cheap, so use lots. Be patient. Any fool can build a nothing page that gets fifty search engine hits a day. Enough of those, you've got a pocket full of golden traffic.

5) Blogs. Start an adult blog. Only, in your case, don't, because you can't write a readable English sentence. But if you could, you could start a blog, post something of substance (a good link with a little commentary) every day, and in six months you could have a PR 5 or 6 site with a thousand bookmarkers and good search engine placement. Choose an adult topic for best results, but be careful not to overload the blog with advertising. Use your page rank, subtly, to boost the performance of all your search engine bait sites.

All those methods are labor intensive. But hey, nothing worth having is free.
