if you do a whois in one of their paysites you'll see who runs it. I dont think you'll have problems to get paid. The 14c rule from what i read applies for US,UK,canada traffic and most probably it's second page.

"Verified By Visa is the way of the future. Due to fraud and chargebacks this will be soon be the only way people can do business over the net. VBV means no chargebacks, and no fraud which in turn means we can pay you more."

Is this statement valid? Verified by visa = 0 CBs?

I avoid new sponsors that launch with 50+ sites already under their program. IMO they aren't committed to building quality paysites, they just crank out cookie cutter shit and pay big dollars and hopefully people send them some traffic.
I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.

Yep. This is an email I have from visa on the matter...

Firstly, if you, as a Merchant, ATTEMPT to authenticate the cardholder you
will receive the liability shift for electronic commerce related
chargebacks. Regardless of whether the cardholder is enrolled in VbV or
not, the Merchant will receive the liability shift by attempting to
authenticate them. This is an ECI 6 transaction. The reason for this
liability shift, for when Merchants attempt to authenticate a cardholder, is
that it places the onus on the Issuing bank to enroll cardholders in VbV -
which as a result is estimated to reduce the overall level of online
                        fraudulent transactions.

The only problem is the extra steps in your join process might bring down ratios. We have yet to trial VbV, but will be soon. Ill let anyone interested know how it effects ratios.
                        lol internet.
