WG,
I think the SE surfers usually are more the modem based
types and therefore all reality sytle sites have less chance
of joining since watching trailers on a 56k is very painful.

Hence the reason static sites convert better on SE traffic.
Its more more appealing to the slower modem surfers.

TGP surfers seem to be much more experienced adult hunters
and therefore have higher connection speeds and why reality
style sites do better.

Yup, that seems to be the general consensus of things. Always good that you have a mix of reality and traditional tours to appeal to all types of traffic. Thanks JB.

I look beyond the obvious. If all these sponsors are doing this just to make the ratio appear better thats just silly. Any webmaster with half a brain can see that ratios off second page uniques are "nicer looking" than off first page uniques.

I am curious as to the sponsors reasoning.

JBs response does make sense. The problem is I want in on the fun. I guess I will have to kick my little TGP in the ass and try the sites out on TGP traffic.
