yea I'd like to know what they are doing this type of effect.. the Begining of the series on HBO, Carville uses an effect something like this.. Same with the History Channel, they use it alot.
I was thinking it's done by using 3d programs like 3dsmax or Maya.. by cutting up the images in Photoshop and adding billboards in a 3d style world.. then using the camera to move around..In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment

do you do that with two cameras, side by side, and take a pic of something at the same time on both cameras, so that you get a left and right image, and then just put the images in an animated gif?
