He told us our rent was "x" amount and because he knew the landlord, he would overpay for our rent when we thought thats what the rent was and have the landlord of the building cut him a check back.

He ended up ripping off him as well for about 10k worth of car audio equip to put in a 2003 40' scaarab that he illegally got a boat loan for using one of his other so called friends SS# and a different friends last name. Now that person is after him too.

That really sucks, I was doing pretty good with your swallowitall site. Didn't send much traffic but the sales were there. Hopefully you can get things back up and going.

It was only a little over a year ago. I was partying with some dudes I knew and they were telling me about some dude they met that is a pornstar and so on... and that they told the dude what I could do and he wanted me to call him. I called the guy up because i was interested in finally doing a few paysites of my own and figured if he could shoot etc... we could do some good shit.

He was quite the talker, how most con artists are. He was really nice, his wife was talent as well and they always had hot chicks around. Everything seemed cool. He knew a lot of people who I later found out he was just scamming them too and really didnt even know any of them as well as I thought he did.

Things started off great until all these instances started happening. Then he blew all of our money on shit OTHER than what we were supposed to be using it for. He and the CFO were the only check signers since I was busy handling almost everything else. Everything besides shooting that is. I was stupid to allow this to slip by me but it happened all too fast and being the honest person that I am, I never expected someone to pull some shit like this. A lesson learned the hard way, this is my first corporation I have ever had. My investor is really smart and it slipped by him as well.

This is an S corp and we plan on doing whatever we can to get all of our computers, lighting, cameras, dv's + releases, desks, chairs, couches, etc... back. He took it all out one night when I wasnt there. When I got to the office there wasnt much left, I grabbed like 13 dv's he missed but I dont have the releases so they are basically useless to me until I get them back.

I agree, lesson learned.
