Unless Marc is doing something that I'm not aware of (entirely possible), we have nothing to do with this site.
The site that Dusen is thinking of is Circle of Addiction.
That said, I don't know that this site is a carbon copy rip off. Clearly, they are copying our brand feeling but it doesn't look like they've copied any of our code.
