I drink green tea every day, and I find it definately helps with energy levels. Sometimes I toss a cinnamon stick into the pot and it smells/tastes very nice, goes great with a spoonful of honey.
Does the addition of cinnamon help beyond that of the tea? That I couldn't say. I know that cinnamon is purported to be a powerful antioxidant and may play a role in preventing a number of cancers and disorders, but I haven't noticed any additional benefit in terms of weight loss.
Does make it take and smell nice though, for sure.
