Hehe, funny reading this thread....
The longest process for us is shooting the content and then processing the video. We can shoot and get online about 2 full series a day (videos/pictures/trailers)
To build a paysite front end and back-end (after we have the video content) it takes about 1 week. Most of this time is upload time. 2 days to put it all together.
It takes me 10 minutes (or 1 hour a week) to update our sites. This includes the new pages for new girls.
I have one person that shoots and process video and an admin. The rest of my staff doesn't work on our paysite side of the business.
It takes about 25 hours a week total to do updates, process updates, webmaster and customer support, update tours, hosted galleries/banners/content, promotion of the program and self promotion of the sites.
I out source hosted galleries, some design work, banners, and about anything else that takes to much time.
