That is not a pay site... What about all the other pages? He is talking about building the entire site... Hell there are 16 + pages in my site pineapplepink.com and that is just the free area! Then you start on the members area... hundreds of pages if the site is done right, with a alphabetical model directory, on top of the main catagories and recent up dates page... Member retention comes from the heart of the site, so it has to be good! If someone says they can do it all in two weeks... LOL Man it took longer than that to get the legal crap approved...
I would be willing to bet that 90% + of the websites out there don't comply with the laws... Which leaves them wide open to be screw with by law enforcement... Just my
