Get off the liberal agenda already. You can "ban" words all day long, pretend they don't exist anymore but you'll get nowhere. You have to fix the REAL PROBLEM which is, in general, stupid people.
Now. The way to fix stupid people is ... PARENTING! 90% of the social problems in the WORLD can be brought back to poor/negligent parenting. Raise your kids NOT to use derrogatory language, raise them to be intelligent adults that give back to the community. Oh wait. Let's just call the ACLU instead of get Jesse Jackson to come save our asses again.
