There is a $33 million judgement against him. His "retirement" plans are untouchable. Pretty much anything he makes on the side is attatchable. Many of his personal belongings were auctioned off at one point to pay part of the judgement. OJ argued that his golf clubs could not be auctioned because they were an "integral part of his lifestyle" since he golfed 3 or 4 times a week.
Judge said tough shit, and off they went.
That is why OJ does these interview for "free". He has said he does not plan on paying a dime of that judgement.
