we sit on our ass all day and work.. no excercise. That is My main problem. I eat just as much as I did when I excercised... so I don't burn off all the carbs.
I've gone to a personal trainer and lost 65lbs.. but gained it back when I stopped going due to working too much..
I know my problem, just don't have time to fix it.

10 to 15 hours at the gym bodybuilding.. lifting.. (80% of the time it's 12 hours)
7 hours and more at cardio , hockey , baseball , soccer , badminton , volleyball and many more.
