Every month or so, I attend parties at clubs where many coeds flashes their tits or participate in wet-t shirts contest. Can I post these pics on my sites for commercial purposes without asking permission (i.e. release form) to the people on the pics?

I think it depends on whether there is a reasonable assumption of privacy.
If it is done in a public place then i believe you can otherwise you cannot... but i could be wrong so check with a lawyerComment

Well, you are also in Canada, so you have slightly different laws.
Technically, its legal. But, there are also considerations when it comes to VISA and billing processors, didnt Ibill say they wouldnt process for party sites unless you complied wth 2257 (even though you dont have to)

i would imagine if you do not have some type of waiver, that you could get into a world of shit.
if it was your party though, just give everyone a 'ticket' to get in that had some type of generic release printed on the back...so if they use the ticket, they waive thier right to sue!Comment

Basic rule of thumb, if you're in doubt don't do it.
We have done tons of Wet T-shirt contests in the past and we always get releases signed. The last thing you want is a law suite.
Win or Lose it's still gonna cost you some
and in Canada I don't believe we can sue for legal fees.
