Calling out Dr. Dre

I ordered 1000 cards from you for $130. They were supposed to arrive in FL on May 29th at the hotel where the employee they were ordered for was staying. They were not recieved.

I contacted you, you told me they'd be delivered to his house. Still nothing.

$130 isn't a big amount of cash, but I either want my money back or the cards delivered. I've tried contacting you for several days on ICQ with no success.

What's the story?

Regarding the house flooding, it doesn't seem like that should be a problem, he told me that the cards were being printed in his FL shop, which is far from his house. In addition the employee who should be receiving the cards lives in FL, and I paid extra for shipping because they were originally supposed to come from his main shop in Toronto (pretty sure its Toronto, or somewhere close to that)

Ok let me see why they arent there cauz they got shipped a while ago from our guy in the states . He will try to dig up a tracking cauz that should have been sent a LONG time ago .

And about mayor, from what I understood, he needed things in august (We dealt with like 10 diff projects at same time so I guess he was talking about others) . Hopefully the banner is getting stitched today and should be ready by now or soon . I can fedex him for the show tomorow morning . Im goign to the office right now I will be back in about 30 mins .

There is just everything happening to me at the same time ... yesterday there was the flood that will cost me couple thousands + 2 computers, I also had to pay 167 $ extra shipping cauz a stupid graphist didnt do his job on time, today there is that and learning about mayors deadline ... whats up for tomorow ? gRrrrrr

his problems seem to be meeting deadlines..i told him a long time ago..CHARGE MORE and hit your deadlines..

some people just dont listen!

Everybody got his shit on time ... I went to vegas to do the delivery ... only one guy out of 22 didnt pick his cards up but everythign was all good .

I sent a refound for today, the guy will get his cards

and all mayors orders are shipped and will be there on time . its over ...

Hrmm ... what about you mind your own business ? there was only 2 orders out of 100 + that I didnt deliver on time . DH and this one ... Dh didnt picked up his cards in vegas and this one was a new try with a new USA shop that didnt work well ... im still waiting for them to answer .

I charge 150 $ for 5000 14 pt uv ... the 130 $ included shipping and everything ...

Look ...

We can print 100 laser ... but it costs a lot to print laser . Any order over 500 is made on big flat prints .

We print about 50 order together on a 4 color process big big big sheet and cut them after .

Save a lot of cost money . The bad thing about it is that we have to print always the same ammount (wich in our case is 5000) .

So if you order 1000 cards, I remove like 30 $ out of the price (I dont have to cut / laminate 4000 other cards) .

But for 30 $ more youd get 5 times more ;)

And another problem about printing small ammount on laser is that the 2 sides arent always exactly on each other . And there is no coating

Hardcore, your cards are being sent to you by my company. Dre did some design work for me (which I am EXTREMELY pleased with) and in exchange I offered to print your cards and have them to you. Since we're very close in proximity, Dre thought it would work out perfectly.

I spoke to my production manager today and he told me that your cards have not shipped because of how the order was placed. I placed the order as a trade (which is low priority) instead of a full paying retail job. It's almost like waiting on standby for a flight - sometimes you make it, sometimes you don't. Regardless, I had a couple words with my production manager and he insured me that he will have your cards out to you as fast as possible. I will provide Dre with the tracking number as soon as I get it.

Dre is not out to fuck you and did A LOT of design work for me in order to get these cards ordered for you. Of all the business I have done with Dre, he has not fucked me over in the least bit.

Hardcore, if another method is needed to get your cards to you more quickly just let me know and I'll make it happen. Even if you need me to freight them to your hotel, let me know.

No hard feelings ... shit happens ... It was just the wrong time for me (Yesterday I had to drive 1 h to ship some other stuff, cost me 167 $ cauz my graphist was slow on the deadlines) . I sent him a refound . just send him the cards too everything will be all good .
