Ahh.. it's all bullshit.
1) As someone already stated, if I was in a pull-up contest, I'd rather be pulling 165 than 225. What does the skinny fuck deadlift or squat (two REAL tests of overall body strength).
2) Arm wrestling is MOSTLY technique - not a true reflection of strength.
Also, as with ALL body movements, they depend on join/ligament tie-in. If you've got favorable joint/ligament tie-ins, you could be "unnaturally" strong in certain movements.
I've seen skinny, small people with great structure and perfect form lift A LOT of weight.
