Any tips and suggestions how to treat the stomach flu?

Not sure if that's the right term for it, but I've been rushing to the bathroom for 3 days now. You know why. Never had this before and it's slowing me down (professionally speaking).

Anyone got tips how to treat this 'shit' so I can go back to work asap?

    Cheers.

    Seb.

go to a health store and get some Probiotics. They replenish the good bacteria in your intestines and get rid of the bad ones.

Thanks but I don't think they sell that here in Holland. Plus I'm a bit scepic against medication. Perhaps there are other methodes like stop eating or eat a certain kind a food?

It's homepathic - it's not generic shit - they probably sell it there.

I doubt you will find it in a drugstore - you need a natural living/natural foods store - places that sell organic food etc.

Or anyone that outright says they sell homepopathic or naturapathic products.

3-4 ozs of white vinegar on an empty stomach and in a couple of hours 2 slices of plain white bread. Don't eat or take ANY meds during that time. Repeat once if needed after about 8 hrs.

Be prepared for a belly ache (you prob already have one anyhow) and then when you go potty be ready to run right after!! ;-) If the vinegar burns too badly (try and last an hr or so, at least), drink some milk. But NO meds NONE while that is in your stomach.)

Acetic acid kills most bacteria inside you and the bread sops it up and helps to flush it as well as absorb the leftover vinegar.

If this doesn't work then you really should see a doctor. I was a skeptic when the hubby stepped on my foot and poured the vinegar down me a few years ago. But it worked very well. Except for the part where I don't like straight vinegar. lol
