Postal codes should be printed in upper case with the first three elements separated from the last three by one space (no hyphens).

Thanks...I know that is the 'proper' way to type it...just making sure some Canadians don't type it a different way.

The only time we write it differently is on silly American forms that only have room for 6 characters, instead of 7

Eric, just so people don't bash MakingCoin - in the 80's that was the proper way to write out your Postal Code - they changed that when systems changed so now we don't use the hyphen anymore. As for me, I use the space unless it's some form made by a programmer that didn't know. As a matter of fact, at the beginning there were a few that only took 5 digits.
