Or afternoon?
Best time to go is late night. When your tired and can barely stand up. Thats the best time to just run forget about all the stress. Lift weights or whatever your routine is.
I seem to feel the best after I workout around 11 or noon. I tend to go later in the day, but too late and it just wears me out instead of giving me the shot in the arm that it should.

From your last post about joining LA Fitness I'd say the best time for you to go is about 5:30 PM, that's when the most females are there... personally I like to go about 8:30 when most peeps clear out... if I don't go to the gym right after work I can't stop thinking about work... and my nights are fucked!
When I lived up North they didn't have LA Fitness.. they pop'n up now??
Morning is really the best time. I usually get a better work out and feel better throughout the day when I go early, but I hardly ever do anymore. It's usually late afternoon or right after lunch. Somtimes early evening.
it's best early in the morning.....sometimes late at night your too tired to work out and you don't work out as good as you should...also, getting it out of the way in the morning feels alot better...too bad i stay up late at night sometimes drinking and partying that i rarely do it in the mornings..by the time i wake up it's afternoon
I usually go around 10 - 11 pm and work out for about 2 hours... then I hop on my bike and go biking for about 10 miles.
There is never a crowd that late.... I hate crowded gyms... waiting for machines, working in w/ others, and the steroid freaks who think they own the damn place.

2-3 hours after working out are a write off for me...so I usually go early in the morning, then come home and relax a bit, then get to work, or in the evening...but never in the middle of the day
