Hi!

I have had a very bad experience with content2die4.com

I needed to buy asian shemale content , so I asked them to sell it to me. I got e-mail form them very soon. They wrote that I could get content and license through FTP if I pay by PayPal. I have paid them $95 three weels ago.
Since that time - no content, no money back, they don't answer e-mails.

Has somebody have the same problem with them?

I'm sorry you are experiencing problems. We have sent you the FTP information 3 times. It appears you are not getting the emails we are sending. Is there an alternate email address we can send the information to? As everyone on GFY knows we bend over backwards to please our customers. Please understand at no point did we ignore you, we responded to you in a quick manner and there is obviously a problem with you getting the information. If email is a problem hit me up on ICQ and I can pass along the information to you.

Well, when I saw the original post and then saw people rave about them I said "hrm......I should check them out" because I buy a shitload of content and am always looking for new providers. Then came their response...and I'm with you...I won't be buying from them either. I don't care if i buy one set or 500 sets at a time....I feel like I should be treated with respect.

NOT ONLY THE FOOL NOT KNOW HIS OWN FUCKING FTP INFO AND HAVE TO ASK ME FOR HIS OWN SERVER INFO THEN goes in his server and asking why there is three files and we tell him why and then he tells us he wants to check the work and thatis fine to then bitchs there is so many files , what the fuck he think he only got 60 tgp`s how many files he think there wil be ,

listen, you don't know who I am so please don't assume I do not know what you are going through. I have had customers drive me nuts enough to jump off a roof but never ONCE did i let THEM know that. Business is business and if you don't have a good reputation you have NOTHING. If you can't be patient enough with customers who have a "hard time buying" then you should hire someone who CAN deal with them. If they are your customer it doesn't matter if you have to send them 20 emails or ICQ them 50 times or hold their bloody hand and upload it to their site personally. You bend over backwards trying to please What that does is get EVERYONE on your side thinking you are almost a GOD with the patience of a saint and they will recommend you to everyone! Act like frustrated child in desperate need of a nap and everyone runs the other way thinking their experience with you might be like this guys was. Don't count the number of POSTS in this thread...count the number of views....this is how many people you had your temper tantrum in front of.
There are a ton of content providers...buyers can go anywhere.

The point isn't whether or not the guy was an idiot or not. It was how you responded to him in a public forum that reflects on whether you're a professional business man or not. I make it a rule to not do business with unprofessional people. It's saved me from falling for a lot of the scammers and cheats in this biz.

Just a bit of advice, you may want to stop taking paypal payments for your content. Even if he is the ?biggest? idiot, how do you know he won?t turn you in and he already downloaded the content.

BTW, there are some very good suggestions to deal with idiot buyers but if you think ridiculing them in a public forum will help you gain new customers, go for it.
