In all i would say the site is close to 15,000 uniques a month give or take.

As for a ball park figure, last offer i got and this was like 3 years ago was close to $15,000 dollars.

Not really. It is a joint rolled in cigar paper, there's a ton of flavoured cigar papers dripped in alcohol now as well. If you sell stuff like that on that site, you could do well worldwide.

A friend owns the best shop in Leiden and they sell a lot of those papers.

If you're getting 10K of traffic to blunts.com there is no reason to sell the domain. I am sure you could make a fortune selling rolling papers, cigars and other related items.
