                                      Sales, you talk to ppl in North America
                                      Support, you talk to ppl in India.

                                      One of the reasons they lower the prices, India call centers are the next big thing, since they are cheaper then Canadian call centers, which are cheaper then US ones. (yes, a surprising amount of your US tech support is based outta canada, and even telemarketers for your local newspapers in the US)
