As many of you know, I am a founding member of The IMPA and it's CFO. In addition, I am one of the members of the defense group fighting Acacia's patent claims in court, along with the other members of the defense group. It is my belief that Acacia's patents are unenforceable and invalid. It is my belief that I am not infringing. It is for that reason, as well as others that I have posted publically, that I have chosen NOT to settle and to FIGHT this battle to the end.
