i was at the bar... and went out to wait by the car for my friends. i had to pee and they wouldnt let me back into the bar. so i went in the parking lot and next thing i know a cop pulls up and busts me. i got a ticket and it says "indecent exposure". does that show up on the sex offender website? if i get a good lawyer can they get me off of it?

I doubt that ticket would stand in court. Any judge/states attorney with half a brain would reduce the charge. But get a lawyer... that charge could come back and haunt you later on.Comment

Yes, that will definitely show up on your record as a sex crime. You will most likely have to register with the police department anywhere you live now. Some places even hand out flyers with your picture and shit like that. I doubt that a lawyer will be able to get you out of this one, prosecutors do not like to cut deals with sexual deviants.Comment

Get a damn good lawyer to represent you. Last thing you want is an Indecent Exposure charge on your record. You're picture and address will go up on your state's online Registered Sex Offender's Database.
