How long term? There are a number of apartment complexes that rent "executive rentals" which are furnished and have dishes, linens, etc. Some even have maid service.
There are also a lot of hotels that offer longer term rentals if you're talking a few weeks or a month. Some are just off the strip and offer pretty good rates.

You could sign a 6 month lease at many apartments or you can stay at a weekly. There are tons here that charge by the week or month.
I would get an apartment if it's going to be that long. I don't even let my husband stay here for a whole 6 months!
There are lots of hotels like Budget Suites, Executive Suites, Extended Stay America, Marriott's Residence Inn, etc. that offer long term, but unless you really need the daily maid service, get an apartment.
