Im an ex from candid and i have to say its not that there tech support sucks they just don;t have enough techs....when a company makes you work for 12 hours without a break or a lunch what do you expect ......of course the techs don't give a shit.there pissed at the fact they have to work those shiitty hours.okk maybe there admins should get shit straight the fist time and not send a customer login info and it be wrong and it takes the customer a week to get there info then ya your right they suck, but thats not the guys you are talking to on the phone because god knows there admins refuse to take the call. it leaves the level 1 tech you are talking to with no choice but to blow you off because he has no access to help you but thats just my thoughts....

It goes much further than that. When I called tech support for help they talked to me like it was my fault errors occured when it was a problem on their end. The techy got lippy with me so I called the customer support representative and after explaining the situation to her, she got lippy with me. I told her to fuck off.

Other big problems were that they accidently changed DNS on a some domains to point to others and then took weeks to finally get them back to where they should be. For example I had some site with no popups were getting redirected to sites with popups. It was a fuckin mess. They cost me more money than anything.

More problems were MYSQL issues where they literally took weeks to fix. No-one can run a business with that kind of support.

If you are thinking of going to candidhosting than please dont. You'll thank me later.
