Just to let you know most of them aren't "AVS"es anymore. As to what they are who knows but they are no longer "AVS"es.

As for who to use who knows. I would have recommended Adult Check a year ago but lately nobody knows what's going on with them. I've heard that the Free "AVS"es have the biggest chance of sticking around since they are actually "selling" paysite memberships with a bonus.
